Bubble Bay Car Wash uses industry-leading car wash equipment that is safe on vehicles. Each customer accepts, as a condition of patronizing this car wash, that Bubble Bay Car Wash will not be held liable for damages caused by:
- Instructional signs not being followed
- Truck beds not being clear
- Damage to the following:
- Vehicles 7 years or older
- Vehicles with previous damage
- Non-factory-installed accessories
- Roof racks, bike racks, or trailer hitches
- Windshield wipers and arms
- Aftermarket wheels
- Electric mirrors or running boards
- Antennae
- Body moldings
- Retractable power steps
